Animation

I know how to add animation on a PC but it is not working on our MAC - any ideas? When we right click on insert and add animation, it will not let us press on placeholder - ???

Gif animations don't seem to work on the Mac, I'm afraid.

I got these attached directions from someone. I think we tried it on a mac and got it to work, but I can't remember for sure. There are 2 options on the directions, so try both and let us know!!

I've tried both of these and it still doesn't work on the mac. The mac version of the software will not let you select the placeholder option. Are there any other solutions?

Unfortunately gif animations will not work in Activstudio.

The only way I've been able to get around this is to convert the gif to a swf file using third party software.

I looked at your flipchart and I got the first option to work, but I am WAY interested on how to do the second one. How do you "drag and drop" the .gif from the website???

Try http://www.gfx2swf.com/ to convert from .gif to .swf or use QUicktime Pro to convert to the .mov filetype and then insert as placeholder.
