problems with activote

I've spent hours on this, and I thought I had it, they worked yesterday, but not now. Here is waht I have done:
All students are registerd and named.
I click on allocte named devices to uses and they are all there.
When I go to perform a vote, and slect named mode, I get the message the users are not there. What am I doing wrong?

Before answering this we need more details - which version of Activote are you using? :confused:
Dependant on that we wil then need to know firmware etc. I'm not redirecting you but really this is better as a support call because of the variables that may be in play. :(

I' m using activprimary and I have the votes with the hub

What type of hub is it? A black one that looks like a pen drive or one that looks like a voting pod?

What version of the software are you using?

As Emma suggested it would probably be best to call Tech support for some advice here as there are so many variables to determine what the problem could be!
