combining flipcharts

:confused:????Hi there- I need help combining my flipcharts- I have tried page export but that results in a bitmap... (YUK)

how can I combine all my work intoone long flipchart. I am sure there isa way as there is place to save pages, but I cant find a way of saving a single page.

help please someone clever!

You can either either the "flipchart builder" or you can go to "Arrange" and arrange the two flipcharts to be seen side by side.

Let me elaborate on the Arrange one.


Open up both flipcharts.
Click on the A for arrange which on a PC is on th bottom left of the flipchart screen on a PC.
This will pop up a choice and I use the choice to allow me to see them one displayed on top of each other.
Then, for each flipchart, click on the Page Organizer icon (on the side toolbar)
You should then see each flipchart as a series of thumbnails.
Drag the thumbnails from one flipchart into the other.
Arrange them in the order you want.
Go out of Page Organizer view by clicking again on the Page Organizer Icon.
Select the arrange pop-up to show the page full screen again (by selecting the whole grid.
Save your flipchart. (you could do this after adding the page.)

Hi Alison!

Flipchart builder is a feature of Actiprimary as well! You can open it from the dashboard.

Individual pages can also be saved in your flipchart page library. Just make sure this section of your resource library is open and right click on the page. The option to 'save page' should then be available!

I love saving pages I use all the time (like Agenda's or tables), so I think this a great idea, and hope that it helps you accomplish what you are trying to do!
