Activote Results Problem

I am running ActivStudio 3.6 running Mac OSX 10.4.
When I run an Activote Quiz the results window does not allow me to scroll down to see the results of voters 25-32.
The results window shows the voters 1-24 but voters 25-32 can't be viewed because the window has no scroll bar. I can export the file to see the results but can't see them while we run the quiz.
Anybody else having this problem? If so, what can I do so the results can be seen while the quiz is running?

Hi Doug,

I will need to have a try to see if I have the same problem.

In the meantime are you about to resize the results window by dragging it bigger? This may allow you to make it big enough to see all the handsets.

Have you also tried to switch from bar chart view to pie chart view then back?

Another work around is to hit "Paste" and put the results on the page. Then you should be able to view everything.

I am not able to replicate this, so I'm not 100% what the issue is. I would contact tech support and see what they say, then post the answer back here, so if someone else has the same problem, they know how to fix it. :)

The only time I have run into this issue is when I thought I was using all 32 votes, but had only been using 24... All the other times, I have been able to scroll through the vote listing. I know it may sound silly, but make sure that when you open up the flipchart, you are using all 32 registered divices! My kids were mad at me for a week after that blunder!

No. I'm still not able to scroll down to see the results of the last few students. I can export and view them but not in Activstudio.
I will try using all 32 and see if that solves the problem.
