Pasting from one flipchart to another

This probably has a very simple solution but for some reason cannot figure it out.

I have a one page flipchart with envelopes that have been assigned actions. They open and close and have a piece of paper that comes out of them. I am trying to get that page into another flipchart I am making but can't seem to do it. If I copy and paste it the actions don't work in the new flipchart. I want them to do the same thing in the new flipchart.

Instead of copying your envelopes and pasting on a new page, try the following:

Go to your page organizer and duplicate as many copies of the page that you need.



(Lisa is always coming up with fun actions to make a lesson more interactive - these envelopes are a prime example!)

I understand what you did there but I am trying to get that flipchart page onto a different flipchart that I already created without having to recreate all the actions. I want to just be able to edit the words on the envelopes and thats it.

Open both flipcharts. At the top of the page on the right there is a little capital A. It stands for arrange. If you click on "arrange windows" a box will appear. If you select some of the boxes that appear your current top flipchart will now take up that part of the screen. Make your other flipcharts take up the other half of the screen. Put booth flipcharts in page organizer mode. Now you can drag pages from one flipchart to the other. It will ask it you want to "copy here" or "move here". I am attaching a flipchart will an image of what your screen will look like.

To edit your text like you are wanting:

Edit it in Design Mode:

1- Before going into design, click on your envelope for the yellow card to display.
2- Then go into design mode, pull up the card. Double-click on it.
3- Ungroup it and double click on your text to edit .
4 - Click on your yellow card again to regroup it.
5- Move it back down into your envelope.
6- Now view in regular flipchart mode and your actions are set.

Also through the page orgainzer view, you can copy the page you want, open up the other flipchart you want, go to the page organizer in this flipchart and click the paste icon.

I find copying and pasting through the page organizer from one flipchart to the next is quick and easy!
