Hi,

+wave+ I was reading about some problems with the board and pen issues and it was mentioned about drivers. I checked and I currently have the 4.1.12.14 driver, I haven't checked to see if that is current but I noticed under version, I have V3.5,26 and they show a new one: V3.5.14...should I update?

I am always nervous about updating:eek: I have had some horror stories when updating drivers, etc.

I definitely think you should update your software, Ann! Did you know that in version 3.6 there is a spell checker? That alone is a reason to upgrade for me, but there are other featues as well, such as no more Background / Watermark when you are not hooked up to the board (love that one!).

Update and Upgrade, because they are always working to make the software easier to use and easier for you!

I agree with Ben that you should update the Activstudio software to 3.6, for all those features!

As for your drivers, there is not normally a reason to update unless things are not working correctly. You don't need to update your driver each time a new one is released.

I'll be we could update your hairstyle on Activstudio in no time.... Ben and I actually had to do that for the Level 2 class. :D

I'm from Sarasota and we've had some problems with the driver that you are using. We now have the latest version, 4.13.18, which you can download from www.prometheanworld.com. Since we started using that driver, we have had no problems with our boards!
