Resource manager

I've install the resource cd #2 into a mac that has ver 2 and ver 3 installed. I assume the resources are installing into 2 and not 3 because there is nothing in the library for 3. Is there a way to install the cd into 3?

I'm guessing here that the installation of V3 will have created a folder structure for the resources. The V2 resources will be in an identical folder structure. perhaps you could copy them across?

On the Mac side, the shared resources are located at Hard Drive>Users>Shared>Promethean>Activstudio3

Peter is right, that you can just copy your V2 resources (Exact same path, just a folder called Activstudio2 at the end) into the V3 spot.

We have just recently installed 3.6 and the new driver. We are having issues with the resource library. When searching for images it only shows a few images, i.e., dog, only the three .wav files appeared. Then we go in and reindex the resource library from the shared directory. If we go back into the program and do a new search we get a full search result for dog--about 23 items. If we quit the program and reopen the resource library and do a search on "ActivStudio 3" for dog, we only get the three .wav files. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, please give suggestions for correcting the problem.
