Error 39

Hey everyone! I am having a problem opening two flipcharts I created and I was wondering if you had any advice. When I click to open them it comes up cannot open flipchart error:39. Please help me recover these. They took so long, I hope I haven't lost them all. Thanks so much for any advice!

What version are you using?

Does importing resource packs on a MAC different? I import the same way that I did on PC but I was unable to open up the resources once I have import and reindex the resources. HELP!
