Automatic Annotation Grouping

In the past few months, I have noticed a change with the automatic annotation grouping. Everytime I turn it on, it automatically turns off each time I close Activstudio. I have even saved it as part of a profile, and it still turns off. Any ideas? Is this a bug? I really love this feature, and I hate that it has become bothersome.

which version of acivstudio or primary you are using? maybe you have to update the software via dashboard>support>search for updates? in version 3.6.14 there's no problem with automatic annotation grouping :D

I have the latest version. I always keep Activstudio updated. I also have updated my drivers recently.

I know it's not very helpful but it works fine for me. As it seems to be specific to your situation, are you on a school network and if so, do you have restricted access privileges? I'm wondering whether there's an issue about accessing where the settings are stored. If that's not the case then I've no idea what it might be!

Are you in the US or is your pc set to a US locale
Also, what is the language setting of studio?

I'm in the US, but my activstudio is set to UK. Otherwise, I don't even have the option of using automatic annotation grouping.

ah right, this is a known issue with that set up.
I'm hoping it will be looked at for a future release.

It worked fine a while back. Any idea why it suddenly stopped working correctly?
