Hi,

would be great if there was an easy way of drawing dashed / dotted lines like there is at present for drawing solid lines (inc horizontal / vertical etc)

Cheers

Yes it would! As there isn't at present, if you go to Online Resources and find the Miscellaneous folder, I've put a one page flipchart in there with a horizontal, vertical and diagonal dotted line, called, surpisingly enough "Dotted lines"!
Once you've opened the flipchart, if you then open the Resources Library and go to "My Annotations" or Shared Annotations", if you select each line individually and drop it into your chosen folder, they will be there for you to use on other occasions. Thickness of line, colour and angle of diagonal can all be changed as desired.
Hope this helps.

I'll vote for dotted and dashed lines being added! Would be very useful.

Also how about arrows with bigger arrowheads - at the moment the size of the arrowhead is controlled by the thickness of the line, so it is tough to have a larger but pointed arrowhead.

Have you looked at the arrowheads in the Shared Lines? They're a bit bigger.
