flipchart recorder

What is the best speed to use on flipchart recordings? Mine works too fast and not sure of best speed.

I don't think there's a best speed. It's probably a case of trial and error to find what fits the purpose. Sorry I'm not more helpful.

What is the speed most used. Each time I do it, it flies through and doesn't show movement. I've tried some but still does do well. Please help!

Hello,
You should not have to change the default delay of 0.5 sec for the flipchart recorder.
You may want to check the "Recording" setting under "Studio Settings" and make sure that

-Optimal capture frame rate is checked

and

-Disable hardware acceleration during recording is checked
