not registering

Hey,
I have tried to register my activotes to my new computer. I am running AS3.5. I can get the votes to show they have been registered on the devices screen when i initially register them, but when i get off of that initial screen, the devices disapear. When i try to use them, there isn't any devices registered. Help.:confused:

I have used these activotes on another computer and they worked fine.

Hi,
I don't want to dismiss this but it really looks like a technical issue - especially as it is working elsewhere. It could be to do with permissions/the operating system/all sorts...
Have you rang technical support? This needs to be logged with them so they can give you the best advice.
Let us know how you get on though.
