Activoters have left the building

I am fishing for information. I am running v. 3.0.73 and have been using my activotes successfully for several months. Two days ago, I clicked on the activote icon on a flipchart page and the flashing voter showed but there was a line of nothing next to the rollout menu. No voters showed up. I know this is a tech issue and I have submitted it to Promethean but I am facing a complete re-install of the software tomorrow as my school and district tech people have determined it is a software issue. No one has had this issue in my school before.

My question is: has anyone had this happen to them? If so, how did you resolve it (hopefully without re-installing). http://www.Prometheanplanet.com/common/html/vb_forum/images/smilies/help.gif

Hmm . . .
When the flipchart opened there should have been a screen asking you to choose the number of voting devices you wanted to make available for the session. Did this happen and did you choose the number of devices you had registered? I really doubt that you need to do a re-install. It might be worth doing an update though!!
