Downloading Flipbooks from Promethean Planet

I've just downloaded 3.6 for leopard but find that I am unable to open any flipbooks that are available on Promethean Planet. The application just crashes, the same way they did before the updated version was available. Just anyone know a fix for this?

Are you saving them first somewhere, then opening them from within the application? Or are you saying open as you download?

I download them, and then open the file from the desktop. The file opens, but then closes.

See what happens if you launch Activstudio first, then open the flipchart from the application.

I've tried your suggestions and still no luck.

Does it matter that I'm operating with Ver. 3 and the downloads are Ver. 2.1? Is there another update I need to get?

It shouldn't matter. I use a Mac and I download flipcharts all the time. I just updated to the most recent version of 3 but even with the one before, I didn't have any problem.

This is very curious. I would assume that the flipcharts in the resource library of Activstudio open fine, right? (They were developed in 2.0 I'm pretty sure.)

I think I've got it figured out, at least the flipbooks are opening that I've downloaded.
