If you are unable to upgrade your Mac via the Support tab on the dashboard. The latest software version for Mac is available here:

UK site:

This version is fully Leopard compatible and includes several new and improved features.
Note: You will need to have an existing serial number to hand.

When I downloaded that yesterday, it installed the old, non-leopard version...is there any other way to get the new upgrade?

Excellent!
Have downloaded and am playing with it already!
No watermark - hooray!
Already much better than the previous V3.
Shame the timer is still black on blue though - kids cant see it on my whiteboard, black on yellow is much better!

That said, AP3.6 is a really good product. I'm not quite ready to put it on all the schools' computers yet though.

The page you listed has been moved for ActivPrimary. I have a preschool teacher who would rather have ActivPrimary than ActivStudio. Can I download Activprimary from the website or does our school system need to purchase the software? We are using Mac's v3.6.

You need a serial number for Activprimary.

Where about are you located Donna?

Your Promethean reseller should be able to get you a copy of Activprimary.

None of the links in the first post works for me. I click the link and end up on a blank page, it don't matter wich link I use, they both are blank. Am I doing something wrong? Tried with both Safari and Firefox.

I was going to download the 60 day trial (http://www.prometheanplanet.com/60daytrial), but I only found a Windows-version.

So will there be any more updates now Inspire is out or will we need to upgrade our computers to get whizzy new features?
