Information for Leopard users updating to 3.6

As you may be aware, version 3.6 of our software has just been released and allows the software to run on Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard).

Some users might not be able to run existing versions of Activstudio 3 or Activprimary 3 on Leopard. This may mean they are unable to download the update to version 3.6 from the dashboard.

If this is the case, please download the updates directly from one of the links in the following Knowledgebase article.

This is an unusual problem so hopefully a "one off".

Remember, to use this update you will need a previous version of Activstudio 3 or Activprimary 3 installed on your Mac, and then apply the update.

A full version download of Activstudio 3.6 and Activprimary 3.6 will be available on the website soon.

I've just been told that the full version of 3.6 is available from the download page on Prometheanworld.com. Just enter your serial number and you should get a download link.

[clap][clap]Stuart, your the MAN!! It finally worked. My kids will be so excited to be able to use the Activboard again. I literally spent ALL day yesterday (because we had a snow day) trying to get that dashboard/support to work. Thanks again for the link on the internet.
