How to get A.S for Mac

Hello there,

It is Bob from Maths Education Centre, Lougborough University, UK.

Could anyone tell me how to get the AS for Mac? We do have AS for Windows and the Panels. Now we would like to use the Panels and AS with MAC. We would like to get the trial version before buying.

I have tried to send emails (3 or 4 times, no reply) and contacted by phone to the UK number (no answer). So, I would appreciate if someone could help.

Our software came with both versions in the original box. Have you looked in your stuff from Promethean. Call technical support if all else fails. We just got version 3 for Mac on disc because we were having problems with the downloading procedure.

Call again and again. We had to validate with our serial numbers but that was all. You may even be able to download from promethean with your serial number from the PC version.
