After watching most of the ActivTips posted, I noticed that Promethean seems to ignore us Mac folks. (Just check out the posts about Leopard compatibility). I'm a trainer in the Northshore School District in Bothell, WA and I've been working hard to bring our 150+ users up to speed in using ActivStudio 2.5 and soon version 3 if it would work with Leopard. What I want to know, why isn't there a healthy investment of time and energy for developing resources for the Mac audience? Are there others that have begun to produce their own ActivTips for Mac?

Two thoughts on this. (I'm an avid Mac user.)

I think that the creator of the Activtips is using a PC because the screen capturing tool he has is a PC application. (Scott, any idea if you could create any Mac-specific ones?)

But...good news aside from that.

Promethean Learning US has up on their home page that the courses will be available soon for Mac users! Yea!

See: www.prometheanlearning.com/us

Also, the Resource Packs were (almost) all developed on a Mac and once you get to 3.0, they should be right there waiting for you. Of course, they work on PC as well. : )

And you can also find tutorials that are Mac-specific by going here. Not (in my opinion) as good as the Promethean Learning courses though.

I can't seem to get the page turn effects to work on the activstudio version 3.6. What do I need to do?
