missing tools

I am trying to find the "snap to grid" tool as mentioned in the Help system, but cannot see it anywhere.

Anyone help please!

You firstly need to add a grid to the page. Then double click on the page and the snap to grid and mask grid buttons are displayed on the page edit toolbox.
