Pen Trouble

I'm in N.I. and we've just had our upgrade (I'll not start on the problems with this!!). As a result I'm now working my board off a laptop on my desk. Since I've done this though, my pen has become temperamental. The board just fails to recognise it after a while and I have to work from the laptop. The only way I've found to fix it is the old favourite - turn it off and on again! However, this only works for about 15mins. It's happening so often now the kids don't find it funny anymore! Any ideas?

Sounds very frustrating! I think this is one for technical support. I would recommend you give them a call for advice. You can also try the knowledge database and see if you can find an answer there!

When you say upgrade - if you are on Version 3 you will have a dashboard and you will be able to click on the final tab and that will give you all sorts of support in reporting the issues..... +wave+
