Text disappearing into previous page

Hi everybody,

I have a problem. When I annotate on the board then go to do something else with the pen eg change colour, the text disappears to the previous page. Any ideas?

Hi Joe,

What version of the software are you using?

This issue might be solved by updating to the latest version of the software. Are you in the UK?

If you have version 3 of the software (the Main toolbox=white), you can update it by using the Support tab on the dashboard.

If you have a previous version of the software (Main toolbox=blue) click here (http://www.prometheanworld.com/uk/server/show/nav.597)for the page where you update your software.
