opening Featured Resources

I am not able to download the Featured Resources. I click on download resources, then Open, it scans but will not open. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I just tried to download some resources, and they worked fine - which suggests that the problem isn't necessarily with the resources on the site (unless there's a problem with a particular resource you are trying to download).

Some troubleshooting tips and lines of query -

Do you have the same problem with all resources, or only specific ones? (If it's specific ones, tell us which ones.;))
When you click on the resource link, what message do you receive and what option do you select? (This will depend on your browser - e.g. Firefox prompts you to either "Open" the flipchart (and suggests which program to open it with) or to "Save it to disk". Have you tried both options?
What is the resource? If it's a flipchart, it should be pretty straightforward; if it's a different kind of resource (e.g. tickertape), you could try saving it to the appropriate place (e.g. My/Shared Tickertapes) and open it from within AS.Hope these help. If not, come back and tell us and we'll see if we can help pinpoint the problem. If you get an error message, it's helpful if you take a screen shot of it (when you see the error message, press the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard; if you're not sure how to save the image, just paste it into a word document (Control + V, or right click > paste), save the word document, and upload it with your next message.

I have similar problems so always save the resource to a temp folder and then open it from there. This issue has iarisen before and I think it may be something to do with the internet browser - or maybe not!
