Activpanel Watermark not leaving

I just got an activpanel yesterday that is working in every way except one. I am still seeing the watermark.

I have downloaded the latest software & drivers from the website. The dongel has been plugged in, installed and is working.

Anyone have any ideas?

Was there a dongle driver? (I think this is different from the Activboard driver that come with Activstudio.)

Lisa is right it is a different driver.... You should have had a cd with the panel.+wave+

Yes I did get the version 4 panel software on the CD & installed it. I did uninstall it, then I downloaded and installed the new software afterwards as well. However, tech support said I needed the dongle driver because my computer was not recognizing the dongle. They then sent me this and told me to install it.

So what should I do?

I think the best thing would be to contact technical support again.
