Hello,
I have a teacher that has a driver issue. Her old driver has been uninstalled and we are trying to install the new one. The problem is that the new one won't install. It keeps saying that there is an older version. I can't find it. It is not listed in programs or in the control panel add/delete software. Where is it???

This may be because Windows didn't delete everything from the registry. Your local technical support will be able to help.

I can't figure out how to use this site at all - can anyone tell me how to download a file? It said:

Huge range of free music resources including recent music research to keep up to date with current practices. KS2 - KS5. Click the free resources tab at the top of the home page.

what?? where?? THanks.....

Hazel.

Hi Hazel, and welcome.
Just to clarify. Are you here to get support and advice in how to use your Promethean interactive whiteboard in the classroom? If you are, then you've come to the right place.

When you say "It said... Huge range of free music resources..."

What is 'it'? Do you mean this website?

If so, then yes, there are lots of free resources (including some music ones) for your interactive whiteboard available on this site. To find them, click on the words 'PROMETHEAN PLANET' at the top of this page then from that page choose 'Resources' from the box on the top left. The rest, I hope, should be straightforward.

Good luck!:)
