Annotations copying themselves over each other

On behalf of a colleague... I can't work out what's happened here

Annotations written on one blank flipchart page
Then new page created by forward page turn button
Annotations written on a second blank page
All fine...

Then something happened when trying to turn back a page... not entirely sure what user did! Possibly right-clicked on the page turn button or somewhere on that menu or page itself.... or perhaps he did nothing unusual at all...

Problem... the annotations from page 2 have appeared on top of the annotations on page 1. They no longer exist on page 2. The two sets of annotations have merged as one object that I can't ungroup back into two sets of annotation... The undo function doesn't work on the change and gives no clue as to what has happened...

This has apparently happened several times recently to the same user... is it user error? Has a glitch appeared in the software?

Any advice much appreciated!

Sounds a bit like the annotations were dragged from page 2 to page 1 somehow!

Sounds very strange, can't think how they'd manage to do this.
can you upload a flipchart that has had this happen to it onto the site so we can have a look & see if we can work it out.
