I have just downloaded activprimary V3 after downloading activstudio v3 a few days ago. My activstudio seems perfect but for one thing - when I click in the library menu looking for shared videos.. only one appears (one showing fish in the ocean). Shouldn~t there be more videos(question mark)
But what seems really strange is when I access activprimary...
When I look for shared videos.. 7 icons appear and a message (looking for videos) pops up.
When I look for flipcharts, 24 of them appear but they seem strange.. some of them just have a symbol of activpen and nothing else.. and again,, the (looking for.....pops up again)
What have I done wrong (question mark)

The obvious question is:
did you download all the resource files that go with them?

Also, there are less resources in V3 than V2.5, I believe ecause of some copyright issues with resources that were in V2.5.

Hi !
Yes, I did download all the needed files.. This morning I deleted everything and went to prometheanlearning usa and surprisingly, the installation package they sent me is different from the one I had taken from the UK branch. I mean, the UK package contains videos 1 and 2 but not flipcharts.. The american package contains the files with flipcharts but not the ones with videos.. Should I download the american package and afterwards, download the two video packages from the UK source (question mark)

The US resources are different to the UK resources so you're not "missing" anything. They're this way by design.

The UK website says:
"Please note that, due to language and resource library differences, this version is only appropriate for customers in the UK.

For details regarding the US version of 3, please visit Promethean US."

I suppose if you feel you're "missing" something then go ahead and download the UK resources, it will work just the same.
