View Full Version : Registering Slate Difficulties - HELP!

I am unable to registering a slate. I have registered many - but never had one that didn't want to register. Has anyone had that difficulty? The PIN number never appears when I attempt to register. Any suggestions will be appreciated!

Probably best to give your local technical support a ring so they can run through your options...

If you can't find the number, let me know where are you based and I'll get hold of the number for you...

YES, I have had this problem!!! Here are the 2 things that I have done to make mine work: POWER down the slate intentionally - don't let it time itself out... rather push the organge button and turn it off. Charge it for about 10 minutes. Then try the process again. the FIRST time I try to register a slate it sometimes gives me a problem. I've only noticed this in the past 6 months, and not previously... but that has worked for me. Also, Tech Support can tell if the firmware (guts) of the Slate are current or not.

I hope this works... I've had some of my own technical difficulties lately without working solutions... so I totally understand the frustration! Usually there is a simple solution, whether it is obvious to us or not. ;)

I was so excited to try the solutions suggested b/c I am having the exact same problem with no pin to register the slate. Sadly though, powering down and charging for 10 minutes did not fix my issue. Any other suggestions?

I have just received my ACTIVSLATE & cannot get it to register. I've tried the suggestions to no avail. Any help for use in USA?

You might want to give Customer Care a phone call at (888) 652-2848 option 3.
