View Full Version : A 60 second timer
I made a 60 second timer that explodes.
This could be a useful resource when embedded in various part of a flipchart for quick timed activities or just timed reflection.

Very cool! Love it.
You can also see many other timers in the Classroom Management Resource Pack.
The US one is located at:

The UK version is located here:

Saha,
Do you work for Raptivity? I have seen that exact timer before on a website called Raptivity, I've attached their version of it, it's identical to yours, the bomb, the explosion animation and the even the explosion sound.
I've attached their version to show you what I mean. You must either work for them and have made a 60 second version for this site or maybe you bought Raptivity and generated the bomb? If so are you allowed to distribute the flash generated from Raptivity to others, thats cool if you can!
p.s. here is the website http://www.raptivity.com/Demo%20Courses/Interactivity%20Builder%20Sample%20Course/Index.html they have some great customisable examples
I legally own a copy of Raptivity.
I made it with Raptivity and it is legal for me use swf generated by Raptivity and distribute it in a educational forum as long as I dont sell it for profit.

cool, so anything you make we can use, are we then allowed to use it in all our flipcharts?
What if we used the swf in a flipchart and then sent to flipchart to the planet for uploading, is that allowed?
My understanding is that anything people share here...as long as it is not copyrighted or illegal can be shared and incorporated by people in their flipcharts, used in teaching and uploaded to resources.
However things that are a single user license ( like the app I have from Echalk) cannot be shared by mutliple users.
The makers of Raptivity has given me explicit permission to use anything that I make royalty free for sharing. In return I use their software to enhance learning for students.

Great!
Can you make it so that we can change the time on the timer, like the car timer I made at this thread?
