Screen Recorder error 20

HI,

I want to use the screen recorder but I keep getting an error message: screen recorder error 20.

Can anyone help?

Hi Kirsteen,

I believe that this error message relates to it being unable to open the video compressor. So it would be worth checking which compressor you are using.

You can do this by clicking on the Menu icon (on the Recorder toolbox) and selecting Video Compression. I believe the default Compressor is the TechSmith one (found near the bottom of the list), so if this isn't currently selected, select it and try again. I've attached a screen shot just incase this helps.

Failing that, give Tech Supoprt a call, as there's probably 101 other things that could be the root of the message!
