Hi, since last week I´ve failed to do any recordings with my video camera tool. Today, I found this message: " Run time error 372
Failed to load control Tech SmithRecorder from TSCRec3.ocx. Your version of TSCRec3.ocx may be outdated. Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application"

For the record: I´m using V2.5 `Problem started when I downloaded V3. Have already deleted it.
Help me please!"

What do you mean by driver? I just know I've installed activstudio 2.5.

Hi Zeca
A driver is a special bit of software that tells the computer how to run the Activboard. It is installed separately to Activstudio or Activprimary. Your computer will have drivers for all the other hardware you attach to it like printers.

If your board works with the pen when your computer then your driver will be installed. If there's a little Activboard icon in your Taskbar at the bottom right of your desktop (assuming you have a windows PC) then the driver has definitely been installed.
