going crazy!

Hi, everybody!
I had been working with v2.5 activstudio... then..installed v3 activprimary -problem 1 -try to open shared resources...nothing inside- problem 2 - I can't simply find the "dash" to minimize the page (which I do all the time I need with v2.5 activstudio). I've installed v3.activstudio -problem- a message appears saying - Problem creating files archive or file missing! (a sign appears saying "looking for files" (I've already checked all I downloaded, all has been done).
Should I delete all and installed them again?

Hi Zeca - Welcome to the forum[clap]

Ok, here I go, In Activprimary, you can't minimise the flipchart in the same way as Activstudio, there is another way though which is called desktop mode, use the button on the right hand side toolbar that looks like a computer monitor, your screen will disappear and you'll get a small floating toolbar.

To get your resources, you have to either "tell" your software to look for the Activstudio 2.5 resources folder in Settings>Resources or better still, install the Version 3 Activprimary resources and you can use those instead.

Hope that helps, post if you're having further troubles, there's probably a lot to get to grips with there if you're new.+wave+

Also, if installing the download, make sure you install the application first, then the core resources installer and then the resource packs last.
