I am trying to find where I can download the latest international version of the Activboard software. I found the download for the UK only, but after a few minutes of fruitless searching still couldn't find a page for downloading the international version.

Typing "download" into the search engine gave great promise - "Download latest software - Use this quick link here (http://www.prometheanworld.com/intl/server/show/nav.5032) to access the great features of Version 3 software by downloading it direct from this site"

But alas, clicking on "here" only yielded:
Sorry, the page you are looking for no longer exists.

We have recently upgraded the Promethean website.
As a result, links to certain old addresses will no longer function.
Please click here (http://www.prometheanworld.com/) to go to our homepage, then select your country.

Which is where I started, so ....two questions:

1) where _can_ I find the download page for the international version?

2) why is it so hard to find it? I have had frequent frustrations with the Promethean websites over the last year and a half. I often just can't find quickly what I need to find. I think having a "planet" and a "world" contributes to the problem, as does having "UK" and "US" sites.

Anyway I have a lot to do tonight and this is taking longer than I had hoped which is why I am a tad cranky at the moment.

Some prompt advice re question 1 would be greatly appreciated

Cheers

Hello Rex
Apologies for the confusion. You can download the UK version as can any other user overseas where English is the teaching medium. There isn't really an international version any longer as we're developing language specific versions as the user base grows.
I sympathise with your web site experience.

David, thanks for the quick repjy.

One suggestion. If the UK version is the appropriate version for the rest of the English-speaking world, maybe the message:
"Please note that, due to language and resource library differences, this version is only appropriate for customers in the UK." with the phrase "this version is only appropriate for" in BOLD needs to be modified. From the way it reads, it seems to be saying very clearly that I SHOULDN'T download this version.

Cheers
