3.5 upgrade- Does it fix...

Before I download the newest version through my dashboard, I was wondering if anyone knows if version 3.5 has fixed the following bugs:

* annotations disappearing - sometimes when I write on the board, my annotations will disappear all of a sudden. If you go to the next page or undo/redo the annotation comes right back.

* Color palette - with the last software patch before 3.5 their was a bug that didn't let you choose colors from the color pallet...you had to click on the ellipses tool to get more colors

* sending dialog boxes to back - many dialog boxes will disappear to the back of my flipchart pages. For example, if I have a flipchart open and go to export the vote results to Excel, the dialog box (wizard) defaults to the back of the flipchart and is not visible. The fix is easy, I just click off of my flipchart. However, this is not intuitive for early learners and confuses a lot of people.

Does anyone know if these have been fixed? I wish the dashboard informed you what the upgrade fixed or added to the software. We used to be able to access a read me file for upgrades when we went off of the web site. I don't see this option anymore.

Hi Shawna

I can confirm that the colour palette problem is resolved in this upgrade. I couldn't work out what I was doing differently when this stopped working, then I was relieved to find out here that it was not me, but a software bug. All is back to normal now!
