activotes and pen not recognized

Hello. I am having two issues with my board. First, I continually get a message that says something about the hardware and software can not be used (or recognized) in this country, when trying to use the votes. I have checked the settings and everything seems right. Any ideas?

Second, throughout the day I continually have to unplug and plug back in the usb cord to the back of the board in order to get the board to recognize the pen. Any ideas?

Hi there,

Your voting problem is down to your activstudio/primary software being installed with a different country setting than your Activdriver.

Im not sure what country you are in, but if in the UK, try when registering the voting pads, clicking United states as the country you would like to use the voting pads (in the drop down box). If in the United States, try clicking United Kingdom as the country.

If this works, when you installed Activstudio/primary or the Activdriver, you accidently selected the wrong country for installation...hope this helps...
