I'm brand-new to the forum and Activstudio so please forgive me if this question has already been posted somewhere and I'm just missing it. Anyway, I'm learning all the wonderful things Activstudio can do and I've just discovered the Resource Packs! I've located several flipcharts that I would like to use. However, there are things that I would like to change within the flipchart. Is this possible? If so, how do you go about doing it? Is there a tutorial I should be reviewing?
Also, another question I have, which is unrelated to Resource Pack flipcharts, is I attempted to import a word document I had created for a lesson into a blank flipchart. However, I was unsuccessful. I thought this was something I could do but I just couldn't figure out how to get it into the flipchart. I then tried to re-create the document using a flipchart template but it just turned into a mess so I gave up!
Any advise would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

Not many of the resource packs contain flipcharts but are mostly images and backgrounds.
The flipcharts you download from Planet should be editable. Sometimes if an image won't move, it may be locked or part of the background.

One way of 'importing a Word document' is to copy a screenful of the document to the clipboard in Word. Right click on a flipchart page and select Paste>From Clipboard>Text. You can then edit the text in the same way you would edit text typed directly onto the flipchart.
If you don't need to edit the text, you could use the camera tool to capture the text etc from Word & put it onto a flipchart page.
Hope this makes sense!

lbbeck, I wonder if you're trying to edit the same flipchart page from the Resources Library that I want to change?
I want to use the timeline of Jesus' life (RE - christianity) but there's an incorrect item at the start (temptation - after baptism?) that I need to move, and I need to insert 'ressurection' between crucifixtion and ascension.
The page seems to be uneditable. I eventually constructed my own timeline, based on this one.
Which pages are you trying to edit and have you succeeded?
