Hi,
I have duplicate a group of object. How can I stack them up at one go?

I haven't tested this out yet on my PC, but on my Mac I found a great new align feature.
Basically, you drag around all of the objects to select them all.
Then you control click on the selection.
Choose Edit>Align>Complete
All of the objects are perfectly aligned on top of each other.
I LOVE it!

Hi Lisa and David.
It's the same on a PC too.

David, you know what else you might want to do? Get rid of all of the "stack" and just select one object... Right click on it, select "EDIT" and then select "DRAG A COPY."
This will allow you to have UNLIMITED objects and it all is a clone of the original one, so properties you apply to the first object will apply to all of the objects... and you don't have a messy stack!!
:D That's my trick!!

Does anyone know if the "drag a copy" feature is available on the Mac?

Hi Lisa,
First, thanks for all your contributions to the forum.
Sadly, drag-a-copy is not included in AS for Mac. It, along with containers, was a feature I was most looking forward to with the upgrade. I guess 1 out of 2 will suffice.
In an earlier thread, someone shared that a similar effect can be had on the Mac by clicking on an item to get the handles, then alt-clicking on the hand and dragging. A copy of the item is dragged away.
This can help with design but is not too effective when presenting: actions must be disabled, someone must have a hand on the keyboard and the handles are not as clean looking when presenting as simply dragging a copy. Hopefully it can be part of an update in the near future?

Thanks, Tom,
I'd like to add some other features that I am thrilled are now available on the Mac.
New programmable actions. These have so many possibilities! (Hide and show are my favorites so far!)
Importing and exporting resource packs!
The great new templates! (In the Shared Flipchart pages section- Flipchart Builder Folder)
If you haven't explored these yet, they are really incredible new features!
