Can't view a AVI playback

Hi,

I have a flipcharts with video embedded that can be play at every other computer with Activstudio and Activeprimary.

Recently, I setup a Fujitsu P5110 with 1GB RAM running on Win XP SP2 with intergrated video card SiS Mirage 3 Graphics with share memory at 256MB.

Even with the latest version of Activstudio and Activprimary, I still have problem of viewing embedded AVI on the flipchart. I will rule out the possibility on the software.

Does anyone out there have any clue? I had been going in circle for days.

It sounds like it could be a missing codec preventing you from playing back the avi file.

You could try downloading the ensharpen codec from

http://www.techsmith.com/codecs/ensharpen/default.asp


A forum search for codecs or avi would give you some background.
