Hi
I would like to make an image from the resource library into a link to a website, tried right clicking to look for weblink but can't see anything.

Is this possible ?

Hi Paul

You can also do it another way... if you go to the website in the mini browser from within Activprimary you can then click on the 'Links' button and choose the option 'Action Object' this will then give you a 'see through' square you can resize and place over the image... the square can only be seen in design mode so you'll need to switch to presentation mode when you use it... if you want to attach it to the image, so you can move it around the board or drag it into your resource library to use again, just drag around both of them and group by clicking on the little bricks at the bottom of the selection box... I think this way is very useful if you want to drop/hide a number of links to websites over a much larger image or background...

Kindest regards

David

Related to the tip about the Promethean Browser/Action Object feature - is that in the same menu is an option to automatically thumbnail and link the site you are looking at.

This is ideal - if you want the link in the flipchart to be a preview of the web page that will open.
