Magic pens!

Hi all,

I know this has popped up before but for the life of me cannot find the relevant thread. Sorry!

One of the boards at school has developed the ability to draw while the pen is hovering near the board, you can hold the pen an inch or so away from the board and it still writes as if you had contact with the board. Anyone got any ideas on how to fix it?
I think it may require a call to tech support but thought I would just ask here in case anyone has the answer before the morning!

BTW - I have made sure the firmware is the most recent version etc etc

It may not be the board. Its possible that the nib of the pen is stuck in or the tip switch has been damaged in a fall! Just try pulling out the nib and replacing it. Power off the board and re-power it - that will re-boot the board. Otherwise, try a new pen on the board to rule out the board.

Thanks Pete, had already tried a number of different pens. Will contact support tomorrow if I get a second!
