Pen not working

Hi
Can someone please advise.

The pen is not working on one of my boards. I have looked at all the leads - they are working, the board is connected to the laptop, the board is on, the board is active and running, the driver is the latest version. But.... still the pen will not work. I have also tried several. What am i doing wrong, if anything?????

Hi Elaine,
1. Have you tried switching the board on and off again?

2. If you right click on 'My Computer->Properties->Hardware tab->Device Manager do you get any alarming looking yellow triangles?

Sounds like a case for a call to tech support anyway.:(

Thanks, had to phone for help in the end.

They thought it was the driver, so I updated it from 4.08 to 4.10 and yey its working!
