ActivPrimary Desktop Mode

Hi

We've just purchased some new Promethean boards which came bundled with the new ActivPrimary v3 software. However whenever we go to the usual Desktop Mode feature. The toolbar on the right disappears and were just presented with the little 'trash can' in the bottom left corner and not much else.

Anyone else having this problem?

Hi LND and welcome to the forum!
How is it that you 'go to the usual desktop mode'. If I use Alt+Tab, I only get the bin. If I use my 'windows' key on the keyboard, I only get the bin. If, however, I use the desktop button from the AP toolbar (the button with the monitor icon on it) I get a floating toolbar in desktop mode.

Yes I'm getting there by using the Desktop Mode button (about 4 down) in the toolbar on the right and its just showing the bin. Nothing more. The odd thing is, it does it only with the 2 new boards we've purchased. I've tried ActivPrimary 3 and v2.1 and it does it on both copies!
