This is certainly what needs to be publicized and "you tube" is a great place to do it.

I will do my part as an advocate of Promethean and send the links to all current and potential users of Promethean among my contacts in the public school systems here in the USA.

Concept videos like this will help sway new clients from "Smart" to Promethean.

Yep... there is some neat stuff on its way. There were demos of some examples of upcoming functionality at the NECC show on the main stand.

The great thing for those in Promethean is knowing it will be kids - the future generation of programmers and - who can be inspired by these different ways of interacting with information and most each other in a digital environment.

Of course, and you know that as a teacher the wheels just turn and turn on how it will be implemented into "My Activworld" It will bring collaboration to a whole new level.

The video's are awesome, but let me tell you all out there in the forum from experience it is the coolest thing to uses dual pens on the board. And when you start to use them you start thinking about your curriculum and how you can start integrating those tools.

Can anyone at Promethean email or send a private message with an expected cost for the pens. It doesn't matter if the estimate is on the high side. If I don't get them approved in this year's budget, we won't be able to order any until October of 2008-2009. School will have been in session for 2 months by then, and we will have missed a summer training opportunity.:(

That's OK we use ACTIVStudio too (nd ACTIV Primary for that matter) and have a full bells and whistles board not just Presenta ones.

Only just added PX to the range of stuff we're using. (Hence the flurry of questions!)
