First Grade & Flipcharts

I am looking for flipcharts to go with some popular books such as The Very Hungry Caterpillar, If You Give a Moose a Muffin, etc. I tried typing the book titles into the search, but it does not come up with anything. Is there a quick and easy way to look up flipcharts that are tied into books?????

Daniela, is that someone has already made it here on the forum and they will get it to you. This was the best place to take your query.

Lisa Dubinard (sp) I bet could maybe come up wit story book resources of current picture books. She is awesome at acquiring resources.

We can't post flipcharts on Planet that include copyright material. However there's nothing to stop you posting a message asking someone to send you a flipchart.

Hi guys,

Many teachers are posting lessons that complement a book. I certainly would not recommend that the book contents are published without permission.

As far as finding these flipcharts, it all depends on how the teacher submitted it!

If they used the title as a key word when submitting, it would be found, but I don't think that folks are using the whole book title as a keyword.

I would try one of the key words FROM the title like "caterpiller."

Also, I tried using the following parameters under search by topic:

Keyword: Book
Subject area: Language Arts
Grade level: K-2
And found several good flipcharts. Also try keyword "reading."
