AP wanting to reindex resources each time

Hi,
We have installed ActivStudio and Primary on the network to push down to the computers. I have one teacher that uses ActivPrimary and each time it wants her to reindex the resources. Has anyone had this issue, or know how to stop it. She seems to be the only one.

Hi Scott

I'm not a network wizard but I'm wondering if her login account has any restrictions on it preventing Activprimary writing to some part of the program to save the settings after indexing... maybe try logging in as admin on the pc/laptop and indexing then log back in on the teacher account and see if it's still asking... sorry, can't be more help... if you still have probs it would be better to give School Support a call...0870 165 2210
