remove the tickertape control?

I wondered if there was a way to removed or hide the ticker tape controller. :confused: (the part with the slide to adjust speed) I find it annoying and in an inconvenient place.

There is no way you can move the controller, but you can move the position of the Tickertape. If you go to the tickertaper definer, you can choose Top, Middle or Bottom from the Position drop-down.
If you run the tickertape along the bottom, the controller won't be in the way of anything.
