Can't use keyboard for new image name

I like to have students make new images and backgrounds for different tasks in lessons, but when they drag the image into the folder and the box comes up to name the item, image, or background, it won't let you click on power tools to access the keyboard to type a name for it. Therefore I am having to name all of their items from the computer's keyboard rather than them being able to type them in at the board.

On Mac 2.5, if you go into Preferences | User Input, there is a check box at the top for "Automatically show keyboard...When saving files." I think you use PC but perhaps this is the same.

On a PC its in Studio Settings > User Input
