Help! Please!

I just installed Primary 3 on six different computers. Everytime I use the pen tool and change colors, it covers up the previous writing. I tried using pre-made flipcharts and it will not stay on the page. What can I do?

Might be this problem:

So, Settings->Flipchart objects->In the 'High Quality' bit, make sure that the 'lines and shapes' box is unticked.

That worked...has this been a huge problem? Why is the setting like that? Is it something different with V3?

In my experience, it has been a problem with a couple of boards in school (out of 10 in total). It's been a one-off that is sorted with the solution above.
Also, it happened when we upgraded from V2 - 2.5. There has been no such problem with the upgrade from V2.5 - 3.
We, too, felt very frustrated and bewildered for a few weeks before finding the solution.
