Hi all,

Was wondering if anyone had/knew someone who could make :D a 'something' to automatically display the date at the top of the page (would be great if it did the long date with day and the short date!).

Currently I use the notes feature but am just really very lazy!

Thanks.

Jon

Not sure if you are using Studio or Primary, but in Studio you can do it. In Primary you can't. If you use the Flipchart Date Time stamp tool it will place a short current date and time on your page.
Go to Menu/Customise/Toolstore and add the Flipchart Date/Time icon onto your tool bar.
Every page you want to add the date to, just click the icon [clap]

If you've got v3 then you could create an action object.
Choose an object which you don't mind adding to your page & which you'll recognise as being used to add the date stamp.
Give it an activprimary function action of add date/time

Then when you click on the object it will add the current date/time to the top of the flipchart. You could add it to your resources and then add it to any flipchart page you wanted. If you didn't want to see it you could resize it so its really small or even make it invisible.

Hope this helps.

Yes! Of course! [clap] I forgot that there was an action to do this, thanks Louise

Thank you Louise - very useful! [clap][clap]

Shame that the time is static ie. the time you asked it to add date but I just dragged mine to the right of the page and then the time disappeared, or I suppose you could edit it.

I have just created some calendar action objects to do what Louise has suggested (clip art pictures of calendars) so have attached the flipchart page below incase anyone else wants to use them by saving them in their resource library.
