YES,fellow forum readers, you read correctly.

We are trying to! However nobody wants to take the 13- unless we pay £100 per board!

OK - these old boards are bubbly - deemed not fit for purpose.

So there's no electronics with the board - we keep those for spares.

So... anyone any ideas for alternative uses? I know some are used as traditional whiteboards; some as projector screens.

If these boards are available in July, anyone want them?

Thanks

Paul

Please edit your signature to state where you are from. I am not sure if someone could order new guts or what the cost would be (any help w/ this).

Also, for the most part, I would think that you shouldn't be stripping them anyway, because new boards will have warantees and probably will not be using the same parts.

I may be intrested depending.

As far as other uses, I think you have the idea for the most part, but if I think of any I will let you know.

Hi Paul,

I'd be bit careful using your old electronics for spares as the different models of board use different electronics.

Hi Brainksee,

Since Paul hasn't yet replied on this I have looked up his IP address and it resolves to Guildford High School. Guildford is in the UK, about 30 miles outside London.

Figured it was Europe because the price wasn't in dollars, but figured if someone was close and could pick them up it would help out.
