v4.1.9.36 driver not working?

Tried to download today after loading my 2.5.2 version and it will not run correctly. Anyone know what I am doing wrong?

When I go to add or remove programs is states "If this program is not working correctly you may reinstall it by clicking repair".

I don't see it anywhere else. Any help?

I was just wondering if I needed V3 for this upgrade.

Also, I have two new computers I need to upgrade to V3. I applied for the cd months ago, and I remember where I got a link for a download through my email, but I can't seem to find it. Anyone have that link.

The link to the upgrade is time limited. I would put in the serial number of the software for one of the computers you need to upgrade and get another link to download the newest version. CD's are being sent as new supplies arrive, but it is faster to download right now.

I have requested the new version a few times, but I have not gotten a cd or a link to the download after putting it on my old computers, but now I need two more because of my new job.:-/

That shouldn't be an issue. Just get your original serial numbers and apply for the online download again, you'll get another link sent to you to download it from.

Activdriver 4.1.9 doesn't require Activstudio v3 to run. It does however require that Activdriver v2 or v3 be removed first. As Margaret said, this is probably better if you can contact technical support with the details, they can help out a bit more.

I was working with a couple math teachers and we found that when using the FRACTION CREATOR, we had problems with the number & variable combo. The number fractions worked great, the variable fractions worked great, but when we switched to numbers and variables combined, it did not work. Only numbers are interpreted, not letters when we selected it. So 3y / 4x became 37 / 48, etc. We were very careful to make sure we had the appropriate fraction option offered - and yes, we have the 4.1.96 driver and the latest software version of 3.0. So - - - anyone else with this problem? :confused:

I had the same thing happen with the fraction creator. However, when I clicked off the 'combination option' onto one of the other options, then back onto the combination, it worked. A slight bug maybe?
